About Me

My name is Jarrod and my wife Madeline and I are international teachers. I am a physical eduction/health teacher and my wife is a special education teacher. We embarked on this adventure 3 years ago in Venezuela and now have recently moved onto teaching positions in South Korea. International teaching has allowed us to pursue our love of traveling and immersing ourselves in different cultures. I love anything that has to do with nature (hiking, camping, rock climbing, etc.) and photography. My hope with this blog is to share our experiences adapting to new cultures, travels, and tips we learn and have learned living internationally.
